This software ("Console.Matrix") is licensed, not sold. By installing,
copying, or otherwise using Console.Matrix you agree to be bound by the
terms of this Commercial License.

1. Grant of License
   Subject to payment of all applicable fees and to compliance with this
   Agreement, Vitaly Tupikov ("Licensor") grants you a non-exclusive,
   non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use one (1)
   copy of Console.Matrix on devices you own or control, for your personal
   or internal business use.

2. Restrictions
   You may NOT, except as expressly permitted by applicable law:
   (a) copy, redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense Console.Matrix
       or any portion of it;
   (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Console.Matrix, except
       to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by
       applicable law;
   (c) remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on
       Console.Matrix;
   (d) use Console.Matrix to develop a competing product.

3. Third-Party Components
   Console.Matrix bundles or downloads-on-first-run third-party open-source
   components. Each such component remains licensed under its own original
   license terms, which are reproduced in the file LICENSES.txt
   distributed with this product (see also the in-app "Licenses" screen on
   Android, the Help → Licenses entry in the web UI, and the LICENSES.txt
   file shipped alongside the macOS / iOS / PC bundles).

   Nothing in this Commercial License limits, supersedes, or modifies the
   rights granted to you by those third-party licenses with respect to the
   third-party components themselves.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty
   CONSOLE.MATRIX IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
   EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

5. Limitation of Liability
   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE
   LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,
   OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED
   DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER
   INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

6. Termination
   This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate
   automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its
   terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Console.Matrix and
   destroy all copies in your possession.

7. Governing Law
   This Agreement is governed by the laws of the licensee's country of
   residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where
   mandatory local consumer protection law applies.
